Supporting the NHS's 10 Year Health Plan to shift more care out of hospitals and into the community by building products enabling frontline NHS community staff to work more efficiently by spending less time on administrative and logistical tasks and more time on patient care.

Led the development of Gaia's employer platform, enabling companies to offer Gaia's fertility services and products as an employee benefit. Subsequently led the member growth team, driving acquisition and engagement by improving the clarity and user experience of key touchpoints across the prospect journey - from referrals and plan quotes to identity verification, credit checks and payment.

Drove major DevOps initiatives across Kubernetes, AWS and GitHub, that modernised legacy infrastructure and established streamlined CI/CD pipelines. Developed TypeScript REST and GraphQL APIs for image resizing, data aggregation, authentication, personalisation and payment processing. Built full-stack user-facing applications and custom internal tools for code quality and data analytics.
